By accessing and using the Delta Osprey website (delta-osprey.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Delta Osprey provides culinary education services including but not limited to:

• Private cooking masterclasses
• Recipe development services
• Menu consultation
• Workshops and training programs
• Culinary mentorship

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in the service description. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or according to the payment schedule provided for specific services. We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. One free reschedule is permitted per booking; subsequent changes may incur a fee.

Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel a service for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants in our services agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may be relevant
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors
• Treat our facilities, equipment, and staff with respect
• Not engage in disruptive behavior that interferes with the experience of others

Health and Safety

Participants engage in culinary activities at their own risk. While we maintain high safety standards and provide instruction on proper techniques, we are not liable for injuries that may occur during participation in our services.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that might affect your ability to participate safely.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website and in our programs, including recipes, techniques, written materials, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of Delta Osprey and is protected by copyright law.

Recipe Development Services

For recipe development services, ownership and usage rights will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, clients receive full rights to recipes developed specifically for them.

Use Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Photography and Media

We may photograph or record sessions for promotional or educational purposes. By participating in our services, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the session.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delta Osprey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Osprey and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
